Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Terms:
Once a delegate has registered for the celebration, penalty fees will be incurred upon cancellation. An automatic handling charge of NZ $50.00 incl GST will be deducted for any cancellation. The penalty fee is adjusted up to 3 weeks prior to the celebration taking place. Within 3 weeks from the celebration commencement date, the penalty fee will be 100% of the full delegate price. Each case will be viewed pragmatically with the reason for cancellation taken into consideration.
Refund policy:
Subject to the Cancellation Policy, any partial refund of the delegate price will be credited to the delegate's nominated bank account within 48 hours of the cancellation being accepted.
Accommodation Deposits:
Accommodation deposits will be refunded in full for any cancellations prior to and including 13th January 2012. After this date the deposit is likely to be forfeited but is subject to negotiation with the Hotel concerned.
Disclosure Statement:
I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and that I am not registering any persons that are under the age of 18.
